and i rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes.
i wish i wouldn’t have had the hardees but that’s why i’m limiting my lunch intake. i might do the 20 min ab workout dvd when i get home from work, depending on how i feel.

i am dead serious and dead set on losing the weight i need and want to lose.
no more playing around and doing this every few week diet(s). i prayed tonight.
i prayed and asked God to please give me the strength to lose the weight and keep up with it. truth is? i won’t be happy if i eat that reeses peanut butter cup or that taco bell quesadilla. i am changing my way of life. that is that.
i am strictly limiting myself to and this is if absolutely necessary and i have no other options or choices to fast food once a week. next weekend is zach and i’s 4 year anniversary and i’m sure we’re going out to dinner. so i’ll treat myself then. i am going to start out eating healthier and healthier everyday. making each day a challenge for myself.
i’m starting tomorrow by setting my alarm 20 minutes early to go on a 30 minute walk before class. and then when i get home i’m going to my 20 minute ab dvd.

i really wish i’d stop eating -_- omg.
today i had vanilla wafers and two oroes and dsfjkldsjf )))):
idk why i always do this to myself.
i say OH YEA GONNA LOSE WEIGHT.
and i even fucking lost 3 lbs too. and now i probably gained it all back
i seriously need to just get back on track
But I haven’t done too bad. Minus the Mcdonalds Saturday night and brownie, popcorn and hershey bar yesterday :|
I weighed myself on Friday night and I was down to 128! I was at 131-132 when I started so I hope that this is a little bit of progress. Just need to keep up with it (:
So far today I’ve had:

and the other half of the subway sandwich for dinner tonight.
