alright this is it.
i am dead serious and dead set on losing the weight i need and want to lose. no more playing around and doing this every few week diet(s). i prayed tonight. i prayed and asked God to please give me the strength to lose the weight and keep up with it. truth is? i won’t be happy if i eat that reeses peanut butter cup or that taco bell quesadilla. i am changing my way of life. that is that.

I weighed myself on Friday night and I was down to 128! I was at 131-132 when I started so I hope that this is a little bit of progress. Just need to keep up with it (:

so i skipped yesterday because i was extremely busy with classes and then I went to zach’s after so here’s a tiny rundown of yesterday:

later I plan on having some grapes as a snack and some more water. and my mom’s make taco’s tonight with LEAN meat.
I haven’t worked out yet, but I’m going to around 4. Instead of running since its SO...
came home from work and had a mini wheat bagel 110 cals and strawberry cream cheese. and some cheezits/rice cakes. i also had some pita bread and hummus at work minus the popcorn and choc i’ve done fairly well today
gonna try and start drinking 3 or 4 32 oz bottles of water a day thats enough water right? or is that too much? -_-
oh and tomorrow i’m going to do my ab dvd too! i’m so excited to get this thing going and see results.
