breakfast:
- hardees bacon egg and cheese
- hash rounds
- diet dr pepper
lunch:
- jalepeno cheddar combos
- cheezits
- granola bar- 90 cal
- diet pesi
- bottle of water
dinner:
- lean pocket- 280 cal
- honey wheat crackers (about 15)
- bottle of water
and i rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes.
i wish i wouldn’t have had the hardees but that’s why i’m limiting my lunch intake. i might do the 20 min ab workout dvd when i get home from work, depending on how i feel.
