this is a blog about how i need to lose weight this fall
and keep it off -_-
and idegaf who follows me i need this for me and no one else.
so far today ive had:
- berry granola bar
- half banana
- popcorn at the movies
- and a hershey bar ):
- two graham crackers with peanut butter
- some diet dr pepper
- water
- sunny d
i also did my mom’s walking dvd for 2 miles aka 22 minutes and walked outside for another 30.
tomorrow starts running + squats + lunges + 100 sit ups
