this is a blog about how i need to lose weight this fall

and keep it off -_-
and idegaf who follows me i need this for me and no one else.

so far today ive had:

  • berry granola bar
  • half banana
  • popcorn at the movies
  • and a hershey bar ):
  • two graham crackers with peanut butter
  • some diet dr pepper
  • water
  • sunny d

i also did my mom’s walking dvd for 2 miles aka 22 minutes and walked outside for another 30.
tomorrow starts running + squats + lunges + 100 sit ups
