Breakfast:
- nutri grain bar
- half glass of milk
- half banana
Lunch:
- diet wild cherry pepsi
- pita bread and hummus
- cheezits/100 cal pack of pretzels with honey mustard
later I plan on having some grapes as a snack and some more water.
and my mom’s make taco’s tonight with LEAN meat.
I haven’t worked out yet, but I’m going to around 4. Instead of running since its SO HOT. I’m going to do the walking dvd for around 30 minutes and then 20 minute ab dvd.
edit/ i AM going to go on a 20 min jog now. after i do my ab dvd. its not as hot out so i think i can handle it :)
