Losethisweight2011

so i skipped yesterday because i was extremely busy with classes and then I went to zach’s after so here’s a tiny rundown of yesterday:

breakfast:

  • half a bowl of cinn toast crunch
  • 50 cal bottle of sunny d
  • half banana

snack: (i guess you’d call it that)

  • small green tea frapp at starbucks no whipped cream (:

lunch:

  • bologna, turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread
  • 100 cal pack of pretzels and a serving of cheezits
  • smash granola bar- 90 cal

dinner:

  • pack of ramen noodles with some hot sauce ):
  • and pieces of cheeseburger meat with some ketchup

tuesday and thursdays are my days to skip working out because i have class and so much going on those days so yeah.
all in all, i’d say i really didnt eat much at all. it maybe wasn’t the HEALTHIEST stuff ever but could’ve been worse :)
