So i haven’t updated in a few days because this weekend was extra busy.
But I haven’t done too bad. Minus the Mcdonalds Saturday night and brownie, popcorn and hershey bar yesterday :|
I weighed myself on Friday night and I was down to 128! I was at 131-132 when I started so I hope that this is a little bit of progress. Just need to keep up with it (:
So far today I’ve had:
- bowl of cinn. toast crunch
- half banana
- sunny d
- 6 inch flatbread chiptole chicken sandwich
i’m probably going to have a granola bar as a snack later.
and the other half of the subway sandwich for dinner tonight.
